Eczema Awareness Support and Education...
Learn MoreTIP#1:
Winter's chilly air and winds that blow you over can make your skin more dry and red. Use lots of cream in cold weather to help your skin stay healthy - ask an adult for help!
TIP#2:
Having eczema means your skin is always thirsty for water! When you go in the bath or shower, your skin soaks up the water, making it feel less itchy and dry. This is an important way you can help manage your eczema.
TIP#3:
Itch, itch, scratch - it can be hard not to scratch when your skin feels so itchy. But scratching can make your skin feel even MORE itchy. Try to make your hands do something else so they forget about wanting to scratch.
