The EASE Art Contest: And the Winner Is...
EASE has been searching for budding artists willing to share their feelings on living life with eczema through art. The first annual "My Life with Eczema" Art Contest in 2010 was an opportunity for young sufferers to show us how eczema has impacted their lives by drawing and painting their representation of the skin disease. EASE received wonderful entries from artists across Canada who showcased their views on eczema and how it can impact school, sleeping habits and relationships with friends.
With submissions from so many wonderful artists, the judges were faced with a difficult decision. The panel of judges selected 12-year-old Maya Brassard of Comox, British Columbia as the winner of the "My Life with Eczema" contest! EASE would also like to congratulate the two other finalists and honourable mention winners.
